Draconeon. In the Porygon Dream of Mareep Handbook, I do not know how you evolve an Eevee into a Draconeon.

Is it a held item that has the word "Dragon" in it or?

It is as it says, however I must say that I thought the game was like "Not my mustache!" or something like that and you chase them down like you would in another game like...Sushi Cat-A-Pult if anyone knows what the game is like.
