Fill me in I’m curious!

Considering buying in this area? Aside from the schools how is it over there? It seems like the Blackridge area is pretty nice and not too far out of the city. Where do people grocery shop? Eat out? Thoughts?

Started in this position about a year ago under a different manager. Have been working my own deals with no oversight since.

The problem is I got a new manager recently (its their first time managing people) and now its a constant hand hold. Every deal I'm on they're trying to sit in on. Every meeting they're trying to join to the point they're trying to take over the qualification calls. It hurts my credibility and its unneeded.

Anyone deal with this before? How do I deal with this before it becomes a huge problem?
