Looking for English speaking social groups for young people

Hi I recently moved to Darmstadt and I’m finding my slightly introverted self having an impossible time making friends and meeting people. I’m also craving to hear English. Are there any pre-established groups or events for younger (20s) English speakers cause I’m coming to terms with the fact that just going up and talking to strangers is not going to be me. I’m 20F and I like arts and crafts, I’m learning German, I enjoy climbing and riding my bike, and I salsa dance.

Help I don’t know what to do anymore

I feel like I have tried everything. For reference I have very sensitive skin, I can’t use anything with aloe or with SA. I tried tret 0.025 wich helped but not by much. I stopped because I have cyclic and very product irritated acne around my mouth, Bp breaks me out and makes inflammation worse. I’ve resulted to doing literally nothing, water only. It honestly hasn’t gotten much worse since stopping tret but the texture is much worse. I also tried azaelic acid. The thing is when I stopped everything my acne around my mouth has gotten almost totally better and my post inflammatory marks have faded. I’m tired of tret irritation sun sensitivity and my skin just never felt good on it. What can I do from here? I’m willing to take it slow but what order do I start adding back in to help, or what will help this. The photo that looks better was with azaelic acid and tret but I’m feeling tired of the irritation as well. Is there any middle ground? Or am I entirely approaching this wrong. Any advice helps.

Help I don’t know what to do anymore

I feel like I have tried everything.I tried tretinoin benzoyl peroxide saktckikic acid and azaelic acid. The photo that is better was tret and azaelic acid. I stopped because the acne in my mouth was really irritated and it went almost totally away after stopping including the hyperpigmentation . Currently I literally just use water, but while other parts of my face dramatically improved my forehead got worse. It’s more textured and more break outs. How do I make this better with a gentler approach while not reirittating the rest of my face. how best can I help it? Am I taking the wrong approach? My skin is combination and very very sensitive SA BP both make things worse.
