How hard is the search to find a cf husband/wife?

Judging from the poll on the recent post, i assume it’s harder for the sisters as there’s less cf men, but I also want to hear from the brothers too. And for the married couples out there how did you guys meet? Was it irl or an app? Because I swear irl I do not know anyone at all who even has a cf mindset 😭, so I just want some insights ig.

Been 7 years since I lost the top of my ring finger 😅

Hey everyone, I know there’s people that have had severely worse than amputations than me, but for me I still struggle with the pain that was felt when it first happened. Being 14 years old, having an accident at school, everyone wondering why’s there blood everywhere, where’s the kids finger, it’s hard. I didn’t expect it to be that bad. I was treated differently after, everyone knew me as the kid with half a finger, no nail, I still remember a girl screaming once 🫠. The fact that no one even ever used to help made it worse. Unfortunately no one ever understands what it’s like looking different, it really does affect you. Years gone past now, I’m in my early 20s and still I don’t forget the disrespect. But now I try and look at others in my position, maybe not exact but similar. Whether it be amputated legs or arms etc your stories have all made me smile. I always felt like I was alone etc but this Reddit thread has really helped me, even if it’s online like it’s relieving to see people that can relate. I still hide my finger from people, no one has ever noticed, I’m used to hiding it now 😭. Ig I just wanted to share how my experience was, and honestly writing this feels relieving in a way 😭❤️. Keep posting your progress, it really does help people like me!

Update from my last post, I think cf is the right choice for me.

Assalaamu Alaikum, idk who’ll remember this but you may remember my last post about being unsure of being cf etc, I would tag it if I knew how 🥀. But I’ve weighed it out and I think there’s more reasons for me to be childfree than actually having children. Idk if this will ever change, but I feel it’s right for me, my mum still don’t believe me but oh well 😂🤷🏽‍♂️, I know what’s best for me inshallah. Jazakallah khair to everyone for their responses before too, I like to learn about other experiences etc as it benefits me and gives reassurance from my mind spiralling 😭❤️.

I’m very confused on this childfree journey of mine.

Assalaamu Alaikum brothers/sisters, hope everyone’s well! I’m 21m and childfree (of some sort). I just have some questions as i genuinely do struggle sometimes with my thoughts to have kids and not to have kids, and having “fear of missing out.” I’ve always been the type to crave companionship over like wanting kids etc, I thought for many months that I would not want kids, but then recently I think will my mind ever change, and if it does, and if I do end up having kids, will I regret it? Like I always think if I’m childfree would I be lonely, or would my wife be lonely when I’m at work? Would our life be lonely? I just get really tired of these thoughts, and ig I’m just looking for reassurance or guidance from fellow Muslim childfree minds. This forum has definitely helped me a lot on my journey but I just need some reassurance or even some advice. Jazakallah khair for reading and sorry if I jus waffled or you have no clue what I mean 😭🥀🤲🏽

I like someone from my uni course but they don’t know how I look like…

Assalaamu Alaikum brothers and sisters. I hope all is well inshallah, so long story short there’s a sister that i really like and basically she has a social media account where she don’t show her face etc, like it’s blurred out. However somehow I managed to recognise her etc from my course lectures when she was talking to her friends and she grabbed like the whole lectures attention by accident etc and I was like oh she’s that sister, I already found her personality cool based on her videos etc. Ik maybe I shouldn’t have messaged but it was quite a while ago, and I was like oh “you’re that sister.” Tbh it was more like she was shocked i recognised her etc, (i mean cmon she blurred her face out and i recognised her), we had a light conversation for a while then gladly we stopped, which is good ofc. She did ask for a pic at the time but i said no cuz I was so damn nervous 😭, and then also she’ll recognise me in lectures. But obviously now we finished uni, and you never know where someone will go, especially in the US like she could move or anything. We still follow each other on insta etc, but no conversation, which is good because I don’t want to talk to a sister like casually out of marriage etc.

Any advice on how to proceed, much appreciated. Also I’m never normally this type of brother to talk about like love or whatever 🥀, this is the first time I’ve ever been interested in a sister. Jazakallah khair ❤️🙂

I thought I passed my module through the whole year only to realise I’ve failed it because the grade was already converted into a percentage 💀 (accounting and finance)

I wish I never went uni, I hate it. What do I even do? Bro i genuinely thought I passed it now I’m shook and cannot be bothered, really disappointed and just drained. Thought I was done with university.

Edit: Just got my other grade back and it basically lifted up my grade so ig it lowkey worked out in the end. 😅

Have my medical tomorrow 😰

I’m so nervous but so excited. I feel fine and feel there’s nothing wrong with me but I’m just scared something will pop up. I’m in my early early 20s should I be worrying much?

Edit: forgot to mention that I have one amputated ring finger, but I think I’ll be fine with the functions etc

I graduate in A&F soon and need some advice

Hi, so as the title says I’m graduating very soon in accounting and finance, and for me I’m personally not looking to work in that field, however, to pursue what I want to pursue i do need to save some money, and I have been searching for like financial assistant /bookkeeping roles, hoping that this could be the route to save however, I’m confused because some say they’ll help train etc, but obviously I don’t want to really develop on this field, so what would you guys recommend is the most efficient job/role at this moment with my degree? Thing is I know these jobs don’t even require a degree but they want experience so Yh I guess I just want som guidance. Thank you for reading :)
