Checked my junk folder for the first time since publishing an article, there’s SO MANY predatory journals and conferences in there

I had to delete this and repost it because I accidentally left my name in one of the screenshots

At this point the curve love line is just a marketing gimmick

Blue jeans are from a couple years ago, the black pairs are brand new.

I’m aware that these are different sizes (the old ones are size 25 and the new ones are size 26), and that they’re each a different rise but still, there shouldn’t be THAT big of a difference.

Originally I bought a size 27, and realized when they came in the mail that they were WAY too big. I ended up ordering a size 26 because I had this old pair of curve love jeans that are size 25 and WAY too small The old blue ones are so tight they give me muffin top and I can’t sit down or bend legs in them.

To make things even worse, when I first ordered the size 27 and had to exchange them, they’re system had an “error” saying they didn’t receive the exchange so I had to call customer service. They said they couldn’t process the exchange and they’d just have to refund me. When I went to go buy them again in a smaller size, they didn’t even have that style in that colour on the website anymore, so I bought 2 pairs to decide between (or potentially to keep both). Now I’m gonna have to return them again, because these don’t fit either.

I wish I could’ve just followed the size chart, but it’s clearly bs too because size 26 is supposed to fit a 26 inch waist and 37-38 inch hips. I have a 27-28 inch waist, and 38-39 inch hips.

Any tips for taking acclimating pups grown from corm?

I’ve included pics of my setup, I have so many corms growing in the bins and I’ve run out of room for more. Most of the time when I try to take one out of the bin and move it to the shelf above, it drops all of its leaves so I get scared and put it back in the bin.

The only I didn’t have this problem was with more resistant alocasias like regal shield. But for eg, lauterbachiana and odora didn’t work.

If you were adamant that you didn’t want kids and then changed your mind when you got older, at what age did you change you change your mind?

I’m specifically just asking people who actually just changed their mind and decided to have kids, it doesn’t count if you changed your mind after you/your partner got pregnant.

People always tell my partner and I that we’ll change our minds. We’re both 25 but I can’t imagine ever changing my mind.

People who don’t have children: who are you willing your assets to when you die?

My partner and I don’t plan to have kids and I was just thinking about who we would give our money and stuff to when we die because I sure as hell don’t want the government to get it, but I have no idea who I’d give it to otherwise.

Out of curiosity, I just wanted to hear from some other people about who you’re willing everything to.

What fertilizers are you guys using? I’m looking for something that isn’t too pricy!

I have no idea what makes a good (or a bad) fertilizer, so I have no idea how to pick one but they all seem absurdly expensive.

Bonus points if it’s one that’s available in Canada!
