Is Selmer's quality control at the factory really getting bad?

I'm looking to buy a saxophone and probably a Selmer signature or Supreme, and sometimes when I look at YouTube reviews I see some people criticizing Selmer for poor quality control. Is it really getting that bad, and if so is there a chance I can get a bad horn when I buy from a retailer like sweetwater?

Supreme or a YAS-875 EXII?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a forever horn and I want to get a supreme but I'm having a difficult time between a $9,000+ horn and a horn that's $6,000+, so I wanted to ask everyone if the YAS-875EXII is as good as the supreme and can it be used for jazz (I'm assuming it is as long as you throw a jazz mouthpiece on it).

Anything helpful is appreciated

Selmer Concept, S80 C*, and Optimum

I'm buying a yanagisawa AWO1, and I'm going to need a classical mouthpiece. I'm probably going to buy two, but how do these differ? From the researching I've done it seems like the S80 C* and Concept are very similar.

YAS-62III or AWO1?

I'm going to buy a sax this summer and I want some advice on how these two are different from eachother and what do some people prefer about the other and why.

I need help with buying

I am looking to buy an alto and I'm between the awo1 and yas-62 (I did look at the axos and it just seems like it's lower quality than the other two), but I want to try them, and I also want to buy from Sweetwater for the 48 month financing and I'd feel bad going to a music store and asking to try an instrument knowing I won't buy from them. I'm set on the 48 month financing because I'm about to be 17 and I am applying to jobs to buy this (if you guys want to drop advice on filling out applications and interviews I would GREATLY appreciate that).

Overall I want advice between those saxes, job application/interview, and anything that would help me avoid the guilt of trying an instrument knowing I won't buy it.

All helpful comments are appreciated!
