my mom sells hella fire indian food and wants to sell on a larger scale like a foodtruck or a restaurant but is scared to do it i offered to buy a foodtruck and drive around and do events if she makes the food, she said she would do it. she has done selling food on a smaller scale like weekly plates and a lot larger scale like massive catering orders. is this a bad idea????
