Can you withdraw after one paper is sat?

Sat Edexcel A-level Maths Paper 1, P2/P3 still to come. If my exams officer withdraws my entry now, does Pearson suppress everything (no result issued) — or do they process the marks anyway and issue a grade with zeros for missed papers?

Extenuating circumstances

If a student undergoes significant extenuating circumstances and hence has to retake an A level subject, for a school like UCL in a course that outlines no resits, are they exempt if they end up resitting and meeting it?
