Hi everyone, I'm stressed out and need help quickly! I'm looking for an apartment in NJ and the two I've found I'm in between a gorgeous 1 bd 1650 everything included that's an hour 20 commute one way. I'm even considering bringing my car which would be costly bc of insurance.

The other one is a 1725 1bd walk up (5 flights) (heat, electric, and something else icr not included) but 30 minute commute away!

Please help me make a decision. I came to Ny for a couple of days and have to go back home tomorrow! I start school in August and to be completely honest I'm stressed tf out! Please give me your feedback on what you would choose, my head hurts.

Hi I'm looking into finding an apartment and Pacific House popped up with a lot of amenities and it looks like its in a great area. Only problem is when I searched reviews, they were horrible, but there's only 3 of them, one of which was a 5 star review.

Has anyone heard of Pacific House or lived there to tell me what the deal is? The reveiw didn't get specific at all. One just said they try to milk you for money. But is the building horrible? Is there a lot of maintenance needed? Are there critters? What's the spill?
