What the hell is this?!

Genuinely exploring the sea and came across the northwest underwater cave in Ragnarok for the first time and my lvl 249 Mosasaurus with an ascendant saddle just kicked the bucket. I couldn’t even access her inventory. I saw a post from 9 years ago that this was a problem then and is still a problem now. Ended up dying to a pair of karkinos and lost a bunch of good stuff. Cue the “first time?” Meme, yes it was my first time

What’s happening when this structure releases a bunch of water? Happens right across the Wisconsin

I don’t have a lot of money but the little I get to save up I buy used from my local listings I found this lens for $550 which seemed like a steal but I found a scratch on the lens when I was inspecting it. When I tested it out I couldn’t find the scratch anywhere on my sample photos so I decided to roll the dice and find a repair place later. When I checked the canon website it says they no longer service this product and Royal Camera service responded that they don’t do this either. Are there other options to get this repaired? This isn’t my full time job and I’m still kind of new to photography.
