Please advise: New Account under review

Could someone please help me. This morning, I completed my verification, screening and was immediately assigned to aether. While completing my profile, I accidentally linked my husband's linkedin instead of mine. I disconnected the link and when trying to connect mine, It automatically re-linked my husband's linkedin. I believe this mistake happened when they rerouted to linkedin and I connected without checking whose account was logged in. He has also newly created his account but I was logged into my account and only mistakenly linked mine to his linkedin. I then got notice that my account is under review and to provide additional information which I have, including the explanation on the linkedin mishap, and provided my linkedin profile. Is there anything else I can do to have this issue resolved and get my account active? Thanks

How to bring it up

I am hoping I can get some advice or clarity. Some context... I'm 42F, and I have been married to 52M for 14 years. We have had a relatively good marriage, kids, house, dog, very standard every day living. HOWEVER... we've been sexless for 9 of those years. There's nothing I have not tried to have the conversation, create more openness, therapy, etc. Unfortunately, my husband simply will not be open or honest around this topic (too shy or ashamed), and I am now exhausted. He has given many reasons over the years and more recently changed the goal post again, but at this point, I'm not prepared to seek any clarity on it. Everything else in our relationship is good, and we genuinely love each other.

Anyway, my dilemma now is that I can't go on with no physical/emotional affection. We've both said it's important, but only one of us is working towards improving this. I'm now strongly considering bringing up the topic of non-monogamy. We both don't want a divorce. We have both declared that physical affection is needed, etc, so this is the only other option short of divorce that I can think of. I worry that he will take it very personally. He will be hurt but will likely not be honest about his feelings, but I can no longer prioritise his needs over mine. I've been researching open relationships, and every time, comments suggest that the person bringing up the topic has someone in mind. This is not my case. I have been dedicated to my husband only since we got together. This brings me to my other worry that I think I've forgotten how to connect emotionally and physically with another partner.

I'm curious to know what others have experienced. I'm not going into this hoping it will fix our intimacy problems. Quite the opposite. I have accepted that we will not be intimate again. I think he is OK with that (based on his actions) and that he will never and has never brought this topic up.
