We live/rent in an 4-flat, and the building next door is also a 4-flat. The landlord next door doesn’t live there but has repeatedly threatened to cut my bike lock off the shared metal fence.

The bike is completely on our side of the fence. It doesn’t extend onto their property, block anything, or interfere with anyone.

Today, in what felt like an intimidation tactic, the landlord placed a saw blade on top of the fence directly above where the bike is locked.

What do we do?
