Trouble with Watch Dogs 2

Trouble with Watch Dogs 2

Hey guys if anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it. I'm struggling with Watch Dogs 2. My PS5 Pro is limited to the PS4 Pro code in back compat mode, which runs at a decent resolution around 1600p but its not one of the many games Ubisoft quietly patched to run at 60fps in the last couple of years so I'm stuck with 30fps. My Series X runs it backwards compatible at 60fps but its limited by only 900p resolution which I also cant do.

So I feel like PC is my best option here bringing me to my B580, which has played the majority of my Ubisoft games really well. I feel it should be more than capable for Watch Dogs 2. I'm not a super knowledgeable PC gamer so I just try to learn by trial and error. I've tried everything I can think of in the settings, different vsync options, letting the Intel hub handle vsync, capping the fps to as low as 40fps, even dropping it to 30 and running the lossless scaling app on it - and god forbid dropping it to the lowest graphical settings, and it just refuses to not do a micro stutter every 5 to 10 seconds or so, which drives me crazy.

Has anyone had experience with this title like this that might be able to shed some light on it, or is it just one of those games that relies heavily on the CPU, where maybe mine isn't keeping up?

Purchased/owned vs PS Plus Catalogue?

I paid for a year of PS Extra and its ending in a month after which I'll go back to PS Essential because I have too many owned games I haven't played yet, many or most of them that I've gotten on crazy specials. My question is how do you determine whether you own a game or have access thru the PS Extra catalogue? Sometimes they show in the game info, like the date you can play it up to, and usually on the store they will say download and then a price next to it if you want to buy it.

But not always. For example I can't recall if I bought Desperados 3 or not. In the main PSN screen when sitting on the title, it has a PS plus next to it, but under the information tab thru options, it says nothing about an expiry or a play to date. In the store it only says play (or download if I dont have it installed), and when I click on the deluxe version it says I can't purchase because I already own the base game. I want to play what's on the catalogue while I still have it. Anyone have had that issue before or have other methods to check? Please don't say transaction history in the app, it takes so long to load page by page of years worth of purchases :D
