’m looking for an editor to grow alongside my content and become a real creative partner, not just another freelancer.
Budget is currently up to $100/week, which is the maximum I can realistically afford right now as a growing creator. My goal is for the people helping build this to grow alongside it.
What I need:
● Someone who can watch stream VODs and find great moments on their own.
● High volume of Shorts/TikToks and at least one long-form YouTube video per week.
● Strong communication and someone comfortable with frequent discussion, feedback, and collaboration.
● Someone comfortable editing gaming, desktop/chatting content, serious discussions, mainstream games, indie games, and random ideas.

Strong English fluency is mandatory. My content is heavily personality-driven, so understanding humor, sarcasm, gaming culture, Twitch culture, and North American internet culture is important.

A Discord account is mandatory, and Discord voice/video calls are highly preferred. I want this to feel more like building something with a teammate than managing a freelancer through messages.

I’m not looking for a traditional client/editor relationship. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow their editing skills and portfolio alongside a creator and become a genuine creative partner as the content grows.

Communication, personality fit, and shared interests matter more to me than experience or a huge portfolio.

If you’re just looking for another freelance client, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Someone who can watch stream VODs and find funny moments, clips, and video ideas.

High volume of Shorts/TikToks plus at least one long-form YouTube video per week.

Someone comfortable editing a wide variety of content including gaming, funny moments, desktop/chatting content, and more serious discussions.

Strong English is mandatory. You don’t need to be a native speaker, but you must be extremely fluent and able to understand humor, context, and conversation naturally.

Experience isn’t the most important thing to me. I’m more interested in finding someone passionate, reliable, and excited to grow with the channel long-term. Personality fit matters and ideally I’d like this to become more of a creative partnership than a client/freelancer relationship.

Budget is around 100$ a week but is negotiable
