I was recently diagnosed with AVN in both my hips however the damage is very minimal and orthopedic has suggested against doing core depressions at this point.
The assumption is that heavy, chronic drinking was what caused this. My question is, how fast does AVN progress if I keep drinking? Will it repair if I stop? Is there any reversing or completely halting the disease?
I’ve recently adopted a kitten (I’ve had a few many years ago) and forgot how strong the litter box smell is. The litter box is in my bathroom and there’s not any other feasible spot.
Tips for keeping my bathroom smelling clean without spraying a bunch of toxic chemicals? Small air purifier? Cat plug in deodorizer?
