HIRING EXPERIENCED ONLYFANS CHATTER — INFLOWW EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
I’m an independent creator looking to hire an experienced, reliable chatter to work directly for me through Infloww. I am not looking for an agency.
PAY
$2.50–$5.00/hour depending on experience
5–10% commission based on sales/performance
Opportunity for consistent, long-term work
REQUIREMENTS
Previous OnlyFans chatting and sales experience
Previous Infloww experience is required
Fluent English with excellent grammar
Fast, natural conversational skills
Must be able to learn and match my personality, vocabulary, texting style, humor, and tone so conversations sound like they are genuinely coming from me
Strong PPV sales/conversion skills without sounding scripted or overly pushy
Able to build relationships with subscribers instead of immediately trying to make a sale
Reliable, consistent, responsive, and able to follow instructions
Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting quickly
Professional and respectful with my account, content, and subscribers
APPLICATION PROCESS
All applicants will be required to complete a Google Forms application/test before being considered.
The application will include scenario-based questions designed to test your actual chatting and sales ability. For example: A subscriber has been subscribed for 2+ months but has never purchased PPV. How would you approach the conversation and work toward converting them into a buyer?
I want to see how you think and how you would actually handle real subscriber situations, not just generic answers.
Applicants must also provide proof of previous Infloww/OnlyFans chatting experience and sales performance where available. Screenshots should have all creator and subscriber names, usernames, and other private information covered.
