Heya all! maybe not the right sub for my question so apologies if its the wrong place! , but I'm trying to find where most of LGBT folk find others to socialize with or date? I'm pretty new to trying to branch out in places and a bit overwhelmed on where to try start so anything would be really helpful !

It feels like the majority of people that are on dating apps aren't queer or neurodivergent and mostly just want hook-ups for the most part, although I could just be looking in the wrong places as I haven't tried that many. are there any apps, events or other social places that people found to be the most effective that they could suggest? anything would be a start!
