Is it common practice across all Clubs for there not to be an increase in pay after becoming Lift Certified? I recently became certified and now I feel I’m an unpaid shift lead when the lead takes his 2 days off. Answering all questions and pulling items from the steel and still expected to zone my section. I was just responsible for my section only now I feel I have 3 jobs instead of one at the same pay.
