For context:

This is from Seraph of the End. The guy with black hair is named Guren, and the blonde guy is a vampire named Mika. 6 years ago the apocalypse happened, and caused 90% of all humanity to die leading to vampires taking over. Right now, the humans and vampires are fighting over a piece of territory in Japan, but the clip is focusing on Guren and Mika.

Guren places an explosive tag/seal on Mika’s forehead, which when detonated caused the 10-story building next to them to be completely leveled.

So my question for y’all is how many tons of TNT does it take to level a building of that size? A precise figure would be nice, but I wouldn’t mind a ballpark estimate as well!

I thought it was a beautiful movie, loved seeing Aangs growth, and seeing all of the amazing animation as well. Story was pretty good, but the voice acting could be better imo.

I keep thinking about what Ben said at the end of the last fireside chat, that this episode is “special” to him. This could of course be a lot of things, but I keep thinking through the possibilities and wondering, “wait are we gonna be getting peak?”

This is just my interpretation based on my own personal research, and preparing for my pitch, however this matchup is more debatable than I would’ve thought at the beginning.

Take speed for instance, Guren has been shown to have the capacity to dodge lightning spells from his spell craft, and his cursed gear multiplies his physical capabilities by 7, which should put him well within Yutas speed range, or possibly even beyond it.

Not to mention that Gurens various different spell craft abilities (explosion, lightning, paralysis, illusions etc), and even some of his cursed gears natural abilities can allow him to keep up with and even counter some of Yutas arsenal. However, stuff like cursed speech, shrine, and domain expansion would def force Guren back into a corner.

Depending on interpretation this could def be a very interesting matchup to explore, but to me I think it’s a mid-high diff win for Yuta.

There’s been a lot of people talking about Yuta vs Jotaro lately, and even going out of their way to say that it’s inevitable to happen. However, there’s another matchup out there that I believe that not only has incredible thematic potential, but fight potential as well. That matchup is Yuta Okkotsu vs Guren Ichinose, and I’m not only here to convince you on its authenticity, but it being the next big JJK matchup. Let’s Begin.

For context, I recently bought a pitch to Ben and Chad, and I’m going to pitch one of my favorite matchups, Yuta Okkotsu vs Guren Ichinose. I’ve been talking about it on the death battle discord, trying to spread the word about it to everyone, and trying to convince people it’s Yutas best matchup.

Problem is, everyone already has their preferred Yuta matchup, and Yuta vs Jotaro becoming uber popular doesn’t help in the slightest. To be fair, Seraph of the End is a more obscure anime, and it a bit tricky to get someone onto a matchup with someone they barely know.

Still, it can be frustrating at times 😅
