Guys, guys, guys, I'm leaving on Monday morning to do kind of a Balkan car tour. I'm getting a ferry from Brindisi to Vlore. I totally forgot I need a notarized declaration for the car to enter Albania. I can do it with a lawyer, which is normal in Portugal. Will this be good or will I need to do it through a notary?
