How did Eren took control of the Pure Titans the second time Around ?

I am rewatching AOT and currently in Season 2 Episode 12 and I noticed something interesting. When Eren punches Dina’s Pure Titan, he accidentally activates the Founding Titan’s power, causing the surrounding Pure Titans to attack and kill her. But what caught my attention is what happens immediately afterward. Just a few moments later Eren appears to use the Founding Titan’s power again when he commands the surrounding Titans to target Reiner, despite no longer being in physical contact with Dina or anyone else with royal blood. So how exactly was Eren able to use the Founding Titan’s power a second time? Does that mean he can now permanently use the founding titan's power after touching Dina once...As far as I remember thats not how it works..Right? Am I missing something?

Edit 1: Just for argument’s sake, let’s take out Mikasa and put Historia on Eren’s back. But even with Historia’s royal blood, he shouldn’t be able to use this power, as the rule dictates that he should be in physical contact with a royal-blooded person with Titan powers for him to be able to use this power. Right?

Edit 2: A lot of you guys say “Residual Power,” which is a fair deduction I guess, but I’m unconvinced by it. I’d be fine with that explanation if those Pure Titans were simply continuing a previous command Eren gave them while he was still physically touching Dina. But Eren here gives them a fresh new command, and they immediately respond to it as if Eren was still in contact with Dina. That’s what baffles me. Eren needs contact with royal blood to access the Founder’s power, yet here he appears to retain that access long enough to issue another command after that physical connection has already been broken. The Rumbling stopping instantly after Levi kills Zeke is a good example of how losing that connection immediately cuts off Eren’s access to the Founder’s power. So i’m a little skeptical about this lingering effect explanation.
