lid replacement for very old weber charcoal grill?

lid replacement for very old weber charcoal grill?

hi everyone! recently picked up an "old school" 22 inch weber charcoal grill.

it appears to be old enough to have predated the use of serial numbers.

unfortunately, the point where the wooden handle is connected to the rest of the grill lid has corroded away which makes grabbing/holding the lid a bit sketchy as one end of the handle is quite literally attached to nothing.

i've searched a bit online for a 22 inch lid replacement and is this just not a thing? i can't seem to find any even non-OEM lids to buy. i still have the original lid.

i'm quite confident it is out of the 10 year warranty so unfortunately that would be a no go. i'm not quite sure what generation this grill is or its model number.

i'd really like to buy a new lid/repair the original one if possible, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about it?

i live in a zone 10b area and recently bought an improved meyer lemon tree from my local nursery. it was already being kept outside, but i kept it in the pot for about a week near the planting area before i transplanted it in the backyard.

i'm a bit nervous since this is my first fruit tree and my backyard has a lot of clay in the soil. its been in the ground for a little over a week now and i just wanted to see if it looked ok to folks who actually know what they're doing.

here are some photos i took earlier this afternoon

i'm really worried that i'm going to overwater the poor guy or something. it hasn't really been dropping leaves but it has been dropping a few flowers. i did buy a bag of citrus fertilizer but my understanding is that you typically hold back on fertilizing until the tree is a bit older.

its probably getting a solid 10 hours of sunlight right now in a north facing backyard.

thanks!

hi sorry for the silly question, but im trying to understand whether investing in the season pass makes sense for me. i live in Oakland and would like to host watch parties with my buddies when the team is away/we're not feeling up to going to chase.

do i run the risk of never being able to see valks games because of blackouts and the fact that i live in the bay? i'm not super clear on how this works.
