I’ve had focal awareness seizures since 2023. I’m med resistant and tried Keppra, lamictal, Aptiom, zonegran you name it but my seizures stay bad even after upping the doses.

I’m at my wits end trying to work 40hrs and maintain a normal life but it’s becoming challenging. I’m stressing about having seizures and when I’ll have them or if I’ll be able to make it to work. I don’t even have any time left and have been out for two surgeries this year already

Hey everyone! 30F here with chronic pain issues that I took cymbalta for 3 years and change. Well last year it decided to hurt more than help and my doctor took me off then but I didn’t know I was supposed to taper. I have no replacements because I’m not interested in pharmaceutical intervention and essentially went off of cold turkey.

Since then I’ve had a terrible time with my emotions and feeling things. Sometimes I feel so much at once I can’t process it all and I just disassociate and cry. Another thing is my sex life. Before the SNRI I LOVED sex and everything to do with it. Now I have the hardest time getting in the mood and letting myself relax to enjoy anything.

Any tips on becoming human again?
