Basic question

I'm getting ready to book a flight for four people in August and I am doing basic but I'm just not sure if I'm understanding all the new rules with all the changes. I have the credit card so I don't worry about the baggage fees I know that but any other perks?

-what happens if we book it and then have to cancel does the credit go just to me as the purchaser or does each individual ticket get their own voucher to use within 6 months.

-Is this like the old system where if I purchase today and prices go down I can get a credit or is that no longer a thing?

I also have a promo code that I'm using and I don't want to lose out on that so I'm afraid to click the button and purchase.

I miss the old way of doing things 😢

Any pointers for booking?

I haven't purchased tickets since all the changes with bags etc. Planning a trip in August for 4 of us and looking for tips or guidance. I have the credit card for points do the bags still get included with that? I used to always do the basic and am not sure what is best to do. Any pointers on navigating the changes?

Overhang replacement

What can I do to update this? It's an overhang on my back door that looks crooked and needs to be repaired. I'm thinking of removing it but I want something to cover. This is the door that I come and go out of the most and would like some covering from the weather.

Not looking to spend a ton as this isn't my forever house and am trying to get out soon. Replacing siding so now is the time to get out off and add new.

Help with shutters and color

Door and shutter change

I'm having the siding replaced and need to pick new door and trim colors. Here's the mocked up version I'm thinking of switching to. I'm looking to lighten up and get away from the dark navy.

Painted shutters or all wood look?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

And yes I need landscaping. I just had everything dug up in the fall for foundation work in the basement. I'm focused right now on getting everything back in order starting with the siding and trim.

Navy is current look

Help with garage color

I'm having the house siding redone to match the garage and looking to switch out the front door and switch to wood shutters similar to the picture attached. Looking for suggestions on color to do the trim around the front door and the garage?

I will be updating the siding to this cream classic linen color. I'm sick of the beige gray color that's around the windows right now and I have to get new trim anyways I'm trying to decide what would look good to give a little bit of pop. The front looks fine but the sides and the back all look very plain if I go with all white and washed out

Any color suggestions?!

I am getting new siding and trim put on the windows This is the mockup of what the house will potentially look like. I want to switch up the front door but can't afford to spend a crazy amount of money. My current door is wood that's been painted on the outside because it was starting to fall apart. I've read some and it says you can do fiberglass and stain to match but I'm not sure how this works. My biggest concern is the inside of the house the two doors butt up next to each other and how to make it look ok inside but not do that same color outside.

I need to replace the siding on my house. I am looking for thoughts on the three attached. The final photo is the original house. I also need to pick window trim color. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Edit: if I keep the cream color it matches the garage and it will save me an extra $2,400 to redo that to match which would be ideal. I just wasn't sure how it would look

I'm having the siding redone and I'm trying to decide what to do with the front door. The wood trim around the door needs to either be removed or fixed because parts of it are getting bad towards the bottom. I can't tell if I should keep it for aesthetic reasons since it's such a small house I don't want to take away from the charm and make it look too plain.
