I recently ran out of cumin and got a new bottle, not a different brand or anything and decided to take a whiff since I normally LOVE the smell of cumin. this new bottle, however, smells sickly sweet, like some sort of artisanal honey or something! is this just what an unopened bottle of cumin smells like or could it be something off?
I made mashed potatoes a while ago and they still smell and look fine and they've been in the fridge in a sealed container. However there is way too much to reasonably eat before they go bad and I'm pretty tired of mashed potatoes anyway so I decided to make them into many latkes. My question is: does mixing the potatoes with eggs/cheese/green onions/etc and frying them extend their life or will they go bad just as quickly as if they were still in mashed form?
I was recently offered a DVD for Sin City and I assumed I already knew the plot, as I had watched a youtube video explaining some detail or theme about it. When I looked into the actual plot of Sin City though, I realized that the video was definitely not about that, and cannot for the life of me remember the video or the media that it discussed
This movie or possibly a video game is American, visually very dark and somewhat monochromatic, and it features one man with a gun in some sort of corrupted or post apocalyptic city fighting his way through many enemies to eventually get to the top of a tower where the escape from the city is or his wife or something. I don't remember him interacting with anyone else other than the enemies, which may have been human or monstrous.

Edit: I am starting to think it may have been a video game, and in this case it would be first person and including lots of walls and blind turns

The post I can remember most clearly was a short cartoon (uncolored digital art with a couple lines of dialogue) where one character was robbed at knifepoint for money in kind of a playful way by another character. I'm pretty sure there were a couple versions of this scenario and the page has multiple drawings of this OC, who is a human man, kind of a loser, and has a name like keith or jared maybe. Its probably a long shot but maybe somebody knows what I'm talking about!
