Pilates with corrections

Hi! does anyone know any studios/instructors in fairmount/center city/south philly (pretty much anywhere) that actually corrects during class? also open to smaller situations. I saw Philadelphia Pilates club which looks great but their times don’t really work with my work schedule.

Progressive Overload

looking for a progressive overload program in pdf form. I know there’s resources online but I don’t really rust myself to put one together and I don’t believe in using ChatGPT for things like this(no judgment to those who do). I’ve been using Madeline moves for years and I like it but trying to branch out and do traditional progressive overload(those workouts change weekly with the exception of a move or two).

Strength x Pilates Program

I’ve been doing the moves app for 5+ years and I really enjoy it but my year is up in August so I’m debating on whether I want to renew or not. I love the price point and workouts but I want to incorporate pilates more consistently and I don’t love the split for moves (legs, push, cardio, pull, full body). I typically eliminate the cardio day but then I wish there was more lower body and I know I can program one but i pay for a program so I don’t have to think. I tried the form app before and I liked the mix but I don’t think the strength workouts are enough. I was doing to try evlo but I’m not a fan of the price so just wondering if anyone had any suggestions/recommendation.
