Colorful Abstract Painting - Found in Nuremberg, Germany

I found this oil painting at a Flohmarkt (flea market) near Nuremberg, Germany. It appears to have been painted in '81. I'm having trouble reading the artists' signature (I've enlarged it for readability).

Viktoria Malleinen appears to be the mark on the back of the canvas.

I would appreciate any help identifying the artist or any additional information.

Plug & Charge enabled on Multiple Subscriptions?

Does anyone in this sub have experience with Plug & Charge being enabled on more than one charging subscription?

I am subscribed to BMW's IONITY Plus and Electra+. IONITY and Electra both have preferred rates for their charging stations but also have discounts with partners (they are partners with each other).

Does anyone know if I enable Plug & Charge which subscription it will use? Will it charge the lowest rate? Or am I playing credit card roulette?
