Work supplied phone or use you own

Update: thank you all for the suggestions. I think I’m going to get a work phone. My current phone is already low on storage so I would love to delete my current work apps to get more space. Plus I have a tendency to check my work emails after hours since it’s on my personal phone. Hopefully getting a work phone will help me keep that work life balance.

I have the option to be supplied a phone or I can use my own and be given a monthly stipend. Which would you choose? I currently have everything on my own phone (teams, outlook) but with my new role I have an option to be supplied a cell phone. Which would you choose? Is it a hassle to always have two phone when traveling or if they supply me a different brand phone then I have I would have to bring two different charges. Which did you choose as?

Home team pest

Does anyone use them? I’m still somewhat new to them, they have only sprayed twice but I’m still seeing bugs. Usually right after they spray we will get some bugs that come in and die, which is fine, but on my second floor I found a roach and a couple of earwigs, very alive. Does this service actually work or am I being unrealistic that I will never see a bug in my house.

Pet Euthaniziation

Edit to add: thank you all for the suggestions! I really appreciate it. I took one of the recommendations below and I scheduled an end of life visit at the vet. Now I just need to prepare my children 😞.

Our cat is 15 years old and has recently had a lot of issues vomiting. He can’t hold in food for some reason and he has lost a lot of weight, you can tell when you pick him up. He is literally bones and we’ve already taken him to the vet. They ran bloodwork and said everything was fine and then I took him back to the vet a couple months later because he kept vomiting and they just said “here is some prescription food”. Didn’t really do anything else. He still vomits that food up and the vet was not very helpful. He is now at the point where he is pooping outside of his litter box and having a lot of diarrhea I can tell he is in pain. He limps when he walks and he seems miserable. I’m not sure what else to do or if I should euthanize how does this work and who do I need to go to? I don’t think I want to go back to the same vet? I don’t have a lot of faith in them. My cat is very old and we are honestly over cleaning up puke and poop daily. It wouldn’t be as bad if he went on the hardwoods but he goes upstairs to the carpet. He is ruining our carpet. The vomiting started last year and we took him to the vet in December and again in March. Please do not judge.

Is it working too well?

Anxiety is pretty much gone but once in a while I feel sad but I can’t cry. Sometimes I don’t know why I’m sad, it could be related to monthly flow but I almost miss the crying. Before the medicine I would have sad moments and just cry and I would feel so much better. A lot of things that used to bother me I’m really unbothered by now. Kinda good, I guess, but at the same time its things like”I want my car spotless or the house perfect”, which honestly I should care about. I almost miss the anxiety 😦 at least I would get things done. I miss caring!
