i feel like i already know the answer but i wanted to ask anyways. i’m really annoyed and pissed, i know after 30 days of not being scheduled you’re automatically terminated or whatever
i have pretty severe anxiety like i have to take medication for it and i just started this week i worked tuesday and thursday both 6am-1:30 and my shifts weren’t necessarily bad or anything they were just SUPER overwhelming and i didn’t realize how much there is to memorize like the different breads, cookies, pastries etc. it doesn’t help that my manager keeps saying to me “don’t be so nervous, i see you being nervous” like she’s said that to me multiple times and like it just makes me feel worse 😭 and i know since im new she just wants to make sure im doing the correct things but she’s just been watching me the whole time whenever i pack orders and breads bc that’s basically all ive been doing and she’ll tell me how she does it her way and all this and that also just makes me nervous cause im trying to do the right things but having her watching over me just makes me more nervous. anyways i was just wondering if anyone had any advice.
they’re a handful but i wouldn’t trade them for anything 💜
