Sony 2M2 vs LG QNED82

Here we go, hopefully one last time.

I visited the stores yesterday and finally landed on the two aforementioned.

LG QNED82 has 144hz VRR, ALLM, Dolby Vision and Atmos, Mini LED panel (not edge lit).

Sony 2m2 has a crisp IPS panel and the quality really shows. The non reflective and the quality really stood out.

People who have viewed/used/have these please help me decide.

One more thing, Croma offered qned82 for 53k after card offers, while Vijay Sales offered Sony also for 53k.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

We are looking at purchasing an apartment at Casagrand Mandrin, we really like the property/plan and the projected design for the flat.

I would like to know any first hand or second hand experience anyone had with casagrand, I have been going through the Chennai subreddit and see lot of negetive reviews about them, delays upto 2 years for handover, extension of handover date by getting offical orders from RERA, quality of construction.

I have relatives living in the same colony so the implications about factories and their pollution is known. I'm looking more towards gauging their reputation.

I also see they are announcing quite a number of new projects before handing over any.

Although the delays in their Chennai projects could be attributed to Covid, is there anything I'm missing.

Please help a first time buyer :)

Thanks in advance.
