Anyone have experience with ostarine o acetate and its supposedly 10x longer half life? How does one dose this optimally.

I'm having problems figuring out if I should daily dose, oed, or every third day. I got some osta acetate from receptorchem, it says 24 hour half life but it feels longer? Anyone got any experience with this kind?
