This thing was found in the forest in Poland. You can more or less see the scale. I have no idea if that's a fish, mammal, amphibian or someone just glued bones together (photo belongs to my friend, so I don't know much more about it)

I'm not a professional photographer but I expect my phone (Iphone 15) to take somehow good photos. Unfortunately I've noticed lately that the photos come out crispy? the light looks weird. When I'm taking a photo everything looks right but right after I open it in galery it looks like dogs*it. Is it a common issue or am I doing something wrong?
