Can the C2000 Gen 2 take a second or third BP2000 expansion battery?

Hi -I have a C2000 Gen 2 with one BP2000 attached. Can I add a second or third BP2000, or does it max out at one? Thanks

Factory-reset my phone - no Firewalla access

TL;DR: Factory-reset my phone (the only one ever paired to my Gold Pro), reinstalled the app, logged back into the correct account — and the home screen is empty except "Add New." Box itself is totally healthy and routing my whole house. Trying to regain app access without nuking my config. Has anyone recovered from this without a factory reset?

Setup:

  • Firewalla Gold Pro, router mode
  • App 1.68 (52), fresh install on a just-wiped Pixel (Android 17)

What happened: I reflashed my phone to get off the Android beta, forgetting it was the only device paired to my Firewalla. Reinstalled the app, signed back in. Settings confirms I'm on the right registered account. But the main screen shows nothing but the "Add New" tile. Pull-to-refresh cheerfully says "refresh successful" and then... still empty.

What I've already checked:

  • Right account — confirmed under App Settings (registered email matches).
  • Box is alive and well — it's currently routing my entire network, wife's devices included, no outage. So this is purely an app/access problem, not a dead box.
  • Phone has real internet (tested on cellular too, to rule out it quarantining itself).
  • I have not unpaired, reset, or touched the box, and I'd like to keep it that way.

My theory: the app instance that held the group key got wiped with the phone, so this new install — same account or not — isn't a trusted member of the box's group anymore. The account logs me in but doesn't re-grant box access.

The question: is there a way to re-associate this new app instance with the existing box without a factory reset? I've got a decent pile of config on there (rules, VLANs, Device Active Protect) that I'd rather not rebuild. No second paired device handy, unfortunately.

Already opened a ticket with Firewalla support (have my App ID / registered email ready for them), but figured someone here has hit this exact wall and lived to tell. Appreciate any pointers — and yes, lesson learned about sharing access to a backup device before reflashing the one phone that mattered. 🙃

2023 PowerBoost — intermittent dead pedal coming out of corners, dealer can't reproduce it

2023 F-150 PowerBoost Lariat, ~53k km. Got a weird one and I'm hoping someone here has seen it. Every so often — and only sometimes — I'll come out of a corner or go to merge, hit the gas for normal acceleration, and get basically nothing. No power, no response. The only thing that snaps it out of it is flooring the pedal, at which point it lurches and goes. It's not a slow build, it's nothing-nothing-nothing then floor-it-and-it-wakes-up. Couple of things that make it annoying to chase down:

Totally intermittent. I can't make it happen on demand. Might be fine for 3 weeks then do it twice in a day. No codes. Nothing on the dash, nothing FordPass flags. It mostly bites at exactly the wrong moment — pulling into traffic, when I actually need the truck to move.

Took it to my dealer, they drove it, couldn't get it to act up, sent me on my way. I get it, you can't fix what you can't reproduce, but it's a little unnerving when it's a "merging into traffic" thing. So — anyone else? Trying to figure out whether it's worth pushing the dealer for a software update vs. living with it.

2023 F-150 PowerBoost — Auto Hold holds, then lets the truck creep forward and re-grabs. Anyone else?

Hoping someone here has run into this. 2023 PowerBoost Lariat, and lately my Auto Hold has been doing something weird.

I'll stop at a light, Auto Hold kicks in like normal and holds for a few seconds — then the truck creeps/jerks forward a few inches on its own and slams the brake back on. Feels like the system briefly drops the hold and then catches itself. First time it happened it about gave me a heart attack.

It's intermittent — once in a while, not every stop, and I can't reproduce it on demand. No warning lights, no cluster messages, nothing I can see. I've gone looking for a TSB or recall and come up empty, though I've seen a couple other PowerBoost owners mention something similar, so now I'm wondering if it's tied to the brake-by-wire setup on these trucks.

For anyone who's dealt with this:

- Are you seeing the same thing, and on what model year?

- Did you take it in — and did the dealer actually find anything or pull any stored codes?

- Did a software update fix it, or did they just shrug?

- Anyone just turn Auto Hold off and move on?

Trying to figure out if this is a known quirk I can live with or something I should be pushing the dealer on. Appreciate any input.
