Can anyone share videos of kids and teachers solving math questions aloud?

I want to be able to showcase how kids my attempt a math question and how teachers show their thinking and prompt students to think critically - but all the videos I can find are either TedTalks from math teachers, videos of math geniuses solving multiplication questions quickly, you just straight tutoring/informational videos. Anything you have to share would be great, TIA!

Can you share inspo and ideas for a Ghibli mural for my kid's bedroom?

Hi all! I didn't get to have a proper nursery for my kid so I want to go all out on their toddler bedroom and want to paint a big Ghibli mural! I will likely put together a design and project it on the wall (or walls?) and I am a middling painter so it won't be super detailed. I want to do more than just paint totoro though. I would love inspo pics or ideas you have to share, thanks in advance!

BREAKING: Harbourside RibFest has officially invented time travel.

I enjoyed the RibFest's correction to their billboard so I thought I would share:

Unfortunately, our new billboard got the dates wrong.

As much as we'd love to host RibFest for more than a month, we're pretty sure our volunteers would suffer a collective nervous breakdown somewhere around week three.

The good news? The actual dates for Harbourside RibFest 2026 are July 3–5, 2026 at Alderney Landing.

Join us for award-winning ribs, local food and merchandise vendors, live music, and a weekend of community fundraising in support of local causes.

Thanks to everyone who spotted the error and let us know. We'll stick to cooking ribs and leave the space-time continuum alone.

Edit: my formatting

Does anyone have any resources to train staff to be good at reporting?

My team is very effective in doing their day to day tasks but they struggle with reporting back to me and other managers about what is going and what problems there are. I would love some resources on how I can train them to be better at reporting e.g. how to be honest and objective, how to proactively share concerns and not wait until something is a huge problem, how to think about what I do not know as the manager that is obvious to them etc.
Thanks!

What is the best way to reason about how to design a garden?

I am in the process of buying a house and I am trying to figure out how to do the process of designing and planning the garden. I'd prefer not to use AI (and once when I tried it gave me a lot of inconsistent answers) and not in a position to afford a designer right now. But there is so much information out there, it is hard to bring it all together into a meaningful plan. So what do you do? How do you decide which plants and where they go and how to balance all of your various priorities?

Is there any way to get my data deleted from the NHS so Palantir can't get it?

I have spent the day calling and email all the trusts and GPs I have had contact with throughout the UK and many seem unaware about Palantir being given full access to patient data - and most seem unable or unwilling to delete my data! Has anyone had any success or have any advice for me?
