I was printing done nothing to the printer and when I come back its displaying this on the screen clicking the knob doesn't change anything please I am so lost model is ender 3 pro stock motherboard and display

I have a standart ender 3 pro bought like 7 years ago still works great but I am curious which speed can I push it without any upgrades (don't have the money for it)

Stuttering issue please help me please

Please help me, I have no issue playing for like 15-20, and after that, the game starts stuttering really badly its almost unplayable. I tried everything update my drivers turn on vsync try full screen windowed change font turn off my Pc's wifi (I have a 4060 system 16Gb ram and Ryzen 5500) in the past I had no isseues it randomly started
