Looking for Someone to Help Run a Café in Munich (Coffee, Matcha & Boba)

Hey everyone!
We’re looking for someone interested in helping run a small ice cream café in Munich, where we’re expanding into beverages as well, things like bubble tea, matcha drinks, coffee, iced beverages, etc.

If you have experience making drinks, working in cafés, or just genuinely enjoy café culture and would like to be part of something new and creative, feel free to DM me!

Experience with coffee machines, matcha, or boba is a huge plus, but passion and willingness to learn matter too :)

Location: Munich, Germany
Please DM me with a little about yourself and any relevant experience.

Hi everyone, I’m kind of stressing and would really appreciate some advice.
I’m currently about 14 days late on my “period,” but I’m on a combined birth control pill (desogestrel/ethinyl estradiol). Normally I get a withdrawal bleed during placebo week within 2–3 days, but this time I haven’t had any bleeding at all.
I’ve taken pregnancy tests:
around 4am after a few hours of sleep
It was clearly negative (only one line).
I didn’t miss any pills and I’m pretty sure there’s no real pregnancy risk, but the fact that I’m this late with zero bleeding is making me anxious.
I’ve read that low-dose pills can sometimes cause missed withdrawal bleeds, but this has never happened to me before.
My question:
How reliable are negative tests at this point (14 days late)?
Has anyone skipped a withdrawal bleed completely on the pill?
Should I test again or just wait it out?
Thanks in advance 🙏 I’m just trying to calm my brain a bit
