Seat Upgrades
I recently booked a flight from Frankfurt to New York on Condor through JetBlue, using JetBlue points. At the time, Premium Economy was the only option available, so I booked it.
I later decided I’d like to upgrade to Business Class. I don’t care whether the upgrade requires points or cash—I’m willing to do either.
Here’s the problem: I called JetBlue and was told, “We can’t help you. You need to call Condor.” I called Condor, and they told me, “We can’t help you. You need to call JetBlue.” 🤦♀️
I’ve already spent hours going back and forth between the two airlines, and I’m still right where I started.
Has anyone booked a Condor flight through JetBlue using points and successfully upgraded to Business Class? If so, how did you get it done? Any advice or specific department/number that actually knows how to handle this would be greatly appreciated!
