Which credit card should I get as my first paid card?

Looking for recommendations for my first paid credit card. I’ve attached a photo of all my current LTF cards.

CIBIL: 785+
Monthly CC spends: ₹30k+
Spending: Mostly online shopping
Preference: Cashback
Lounge access: Not required
Looking for a card that complements my existing cards and offers good value for the annual fee.
