Argentina's new CBI program - Any Disadvantages?

Hello,

My current passport (Middle East) is avarage: visa-free to around 120 countries, but not the EU or UK, which is where most of the friction is.

From what I've seen, Argentina's recently announced citizenship-by-investment program looks like the strongest option available right now. It isn't cheap, but budget isn't the constraint however taxation is important. I'm 36 with a net worth of $30M+ and my business is still going well making about $6M annual net profit.

Has anyone here looked into this CBI seriously? My main concern is tax. I live in Dubai, where the only tax I pay is UAE corporate tax and I don't want to create any tax residency, wealth-tax exposure, or reporting obligations in Argentina simply by holding the passport.

Any suggestions or first-hand experience would be appreciated, anything about tax or any other aspects.

St. Kitts vs. Grenada CBI Program

Hello,

I’m considering applying for either the St. Kitts & Nevis or Grenada Citizenship by Investment program, mainly to expand my visa-free travel options.

Budget-wise, I’m comfortable with either program. In your view, which option would be better overall?

I’d also appreciate an estimate of the current processing time for each program. If I were to start the application today, approximately how long would it take to complete the process and receive the passport?

Thank you.

How Far Back Do Caribbean CBI Programs Ask for Financial Documents?

Hi,

I’m planning to apply for Grenada CBI. My company was incorporated in 2020 and I have its audited accounts, tax returns and bank statements to prove my source of funds. The investment will also be funded through this company.

I previously owned two small companies between 2015 and 2020. They were legally dissolved and contributed approximately 10% of my current wealth. However, I only have their dissolution certificates, not their old accounts or bank statements.

How many years of financial and corporate records does Grenada usually request? Could the missing historical records for the dissolved companies 5 year ago cause a problem?

Thanks.

Which Agency Best/Fast for Greneda CBI?

Hello,

I’ve decided to apply for Grenada CBI for myself and my family. I live in Dubai and almost every agency has an office here. Which one should I choose for the most professional service and the least chance of delays in the application process?

Tilal Al Ghaf Construction Quality

Hello,

I’m currently looking at premium villa options on the market and noticed that Elysian Mansions in Tilal Al Ghaf look extremely impressive. I also couldn’t find anything else in the AED 25M price range that matches it.

However, I’ve also heard quite a few complaints about the construction quality in Tilal Al Ghaf in general. Can anyone with experience or knowledge about the community share some insight?

Would really appreciate any honest feedback.

Is the Dubai Police app travel ban check enough to confirm if I have a travel ban?

Yesterday, I had a road rage incident with another driver who was driving dangerously. There was no accident, no injury, and no verbal or physical interaction with the other driver.

He cut me off very dangerously, and I almost crashed. I got angry and followed him too closely for around two minutes. He continued not to give way, and eventually he took another route.

I would like to know whether he may have filed a complaint against me, and whether I could have a travel ban because of this incident.

I know Dubai Police recently introduced a travel ban check service, but is that enough to check, or should I also check with Dubai Public Prosecution or another authority?

Hi everyone, hoping for some advice from this community.

I'm based in Dubai, where the competition for quota bags is brutal. I've been building a relationship with my SA for almost a year now and have spent around $20k in pre-spend. She mentioned the threshold here is roughly $30k before a quota bag offer.

In the meantime, my husband surprised me with a Kelly Mini from Sotheby's for my birthday (so not store-purchased).

I have another appointment coming up and I plan to keep building this relationship for future quota bags. My question: should I carry the Kelly Mini to my next appointment, or skip it? I'm torn between showing I appreciate the brand vs. signaling I already got a quota bag elsewhere.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Would love to hear your thoughts.
