Did a SideQuest in London: Found the tiniest statue hidden on a wall What other London Sidequests should I try?

I thought my mate was winding me up when he told me London's smallest public sculpture is a memorial dedicated to a stolen cheese sandwich

Turns out it's a real thing

It's a tiny sculpture of two mice eating cheese hidden about 15 feet up on the side of a building on Philpot Lane

The lore behind it is wild: apparently two Victorian builders fell off the scaffolding to their deaths because they got into a fistfight over a missing lunch

After they fell the crew found out actual mice had stolen the sandwich so they carved this to remember them

Honestly, looking for a microscopic bronze mouse on a random brick wall in the middle of the city felt like a literal video game quest.

What are some other hidden and oddly specific London experiences I should look out for while I’m here?🤔

Did a SideQuest in Chicago: The Shit Fountain in Ukrainian Village What other Chicago Sidequests everyone should try?

I thought my friend was messing with me when they told me about the Shit Fountain on Wolcott Ave. Turns out it's exactly what it sounds like.It is a literal 3-foot bronze coil of dog poop sitting right on a pedestal on the sidewalk. A local artist built it to mock the neighborhood dog owners who don't clean up after their pets, and it constantly dribbles clear water right over the top.

This is easily the most unhinged public monument I’ve ever seen.

what are some other chaotic uniquely Chicago experiences everyone should do at least once?
