Only KLR314(as im aware of) in America!

Finally finished my long term project, to build the fastest ever KLR250(which is a pretty low bar to set haha)

The 314cc big bore kit was originally designed for a Mojave 250 quad, along with the. 380 lift 272 duration cams.

Im not sure on the exact numbers it makes now, but all I know is it easily pulls the front wheel up without the clutch, and absolutely rips

It also sounds knarly as hell in person

I'll post audio and flyby when I can!

I present the fastest KLR"250" as of documented on the internet

So this has been my pride and joy I've been working on for the past several months. I installed a high compression 314cc big bore kit made for the Mojave 250 quad, along with. 380 lift cams from Webcams, and she's an absolute ripper now.

Thoughts on KLR250 big bore cylinder trimming

So after installing a 314cc big bore sleeve in my KLR250, I found an alarming issue. The top counterbalancer weight would strike the bottom of the cylinder, which left 2 options. Either clearance the counterbalancer shaft weight, which would ruin the balance, or clearance the cylinder. I opted for the latter, using a dremel to cut a small section about 28mm by 30mm off the bottom of the cylinder and smoothing it out. Piston rings are not a concern, as the lowest ring at BDC has at least 2cm of room above the notch. My main concern is in regards to if the notch would cause any wear issues on the piston skirt. Now obviously, I won't know till I run it, but I wanted to get yalls opinions on it l

Any tips for how to fix this?

So in short, my Oneplus 12 saved my life. After capsizing a kayak into a river, the water resistance of the phone allowed me to call EMS and had me saved. However, due to it not being watertight, some water entered the phone, and after drying, the damage consensus is that the zoom camera no longer focuses and the other cameras are hazy. Any ideas?

I'm assuming this is toast

Doing a full engine rebuild on my KLR 250 when I came across this cam bearing. What really sucks is a new head is close to the price of the engine. Should I just run it?
