Confused about best motherboard (MSI vs ASROCK)

I'm building a workstation for cheap. I got access to 64 gb ddr4-2400 RAM which i started building around. I purchased 5950x for 37k INR (380 USD around) for building my workstation. I'm planning to work on long physics based simulations and Blender. Then i got peerless assassin 120se ARGB for 4200 inr via Amazon (45usd).
Now i have to get a motherboard and I'm confused between two options:

  1. MSI B550 Tomahawk (non WiFi) for around 16.5k inr (170usd)
  2. ASROCK X570s pg Riptide for 13.5k inr (140usd)

No wifi is important for me as i don't want wifi and distractions on my pc. Lan port is more controllable.
Since the b550 only has two m.2 slots and one of them can be disabled when using gpu, i will not have enough space for scratch simulation with just a 1 TB ssd. 2tb ones are costlier. I already have a 1tb ssd and can buy one more in future.

I also have a p1000 to run displays and may want to add another 8 gb gpu for cheap in future.

So multiple slots on the asrock ones are better for future upgradability.

But Claude is telling me that the VRMs on b550 are much better for sustained simulations.

I'm wondering what i should go with. Could i use my own heatsink on VRM for asrock motherboard or undervolt or something like that? Or is MSI motherboard more secure long term investment ?
