Active acne when you can't take accutane

I have ulcerative colitis so I can't take accutane. And I still have some active acne not something insane but it still leaves some mild acne scars ones in a while. So whatever I do I will always be a bit behind in clearing my skin from the acne scars. I use tretinoin which I am gonna switch to tazarotene soon in hopes that the active acne will be even more mild. Do you think it's worth it getting c02 laser and microneedling or subcisions if you are gonna get improvement but mild and very few acne scars will form from time to time?

What is the best plan for my acne scars?

I've done 3 sessions of fractional laser and I have 3-4 more sessions to do if I choose to. After that what else do I need to add to my plan to get my skin as clean as possible?

Genuinely I don't know how much I can keep living like this

My friend always gets approached by multiple girls, have girls have a crush on him while I haven't got any of that ever. I can't keep hearing me telling me " bro you don't know what happened today". While I am there pretend to relate and be happy for him. While in reality I am dying inside not because of envy or comparison but because I know that I will never have that because I am ugly for now atleast until I fix my looks but I gotta experience this for atleast 6-8 months more until I finish my plan to improve my looks. It eats me inside almost everyday I don't know how much I can keep up. I cope with smoking and drinking but that doesn't fix the problem.

Need your opinion and advice

This is my skin now after 3 sessions of fractional laser co2 , tret + 20% azelaic acid and my skin used to be like this in the next pictures before doing anything to my skin. The redness of the scars have improved I think and I saw some improvement on the overall scars as well in comparison to my old skin. I have 3-4 session of fractional laser remaining but what else would you recommend me to do?

Am I the only who still hasn't figured out their MBTI?

I don't know if I am overthinking and analyzing the questions too much or if I don't know myself 100% or if I have multiple personalities and ideologies 😂🙏

I am 3 weeks without taking my meds and I am still on remission

Basically my doctor said that we can try and see how will my UC react if I don't get medication because he thinks that I can cut the medication off completely. Ive been on remission for 11 years. I have UC since I was 8 years old. The only time I got a flare up is because I ate Indian food 😭 The spices were very strong for every human to be fair so it wasn't a good idea. What are your thoughts on this?
