V1 Race - Firmware Version 1.9.2: Issue Response

Hi Everyone,

We are aware of the issue that has been outlined by the community regarding the new firmware and issues when using 3rd party wheel rims. This is something we acknowledge, we hear you and we are working to fix this.

The issue appears to be a quirk from the fix outlined in point 2 of the changelog for the release. We want to note that this was undetected as the fault falls outside of standard use of our product; as we do not state compatibility of 3rd party wheels with our devices. Our testing always caters to having Turtle Beach wheel rims attached to the VelocityOne wheelbases.

That being said, we understand that users in our community have been using 3rd party wheel rims with our devices, and so we will look to address this as soon as possible and we do apologise for any frustrations caused.

--

Please note, if you are using a 3rd party rim users can connect a Turtle Beach wheel rim using a USB-C to USB-C cable to the wheelbase, which will allow the rim to connect to the wheelbase through the wireless connection. This will then re-activate the pedals for use. This can be done on PC and XBOX.

Stealth Pro II Update

Stealth Pro II Firmware & Swarm II Updates — Now Available

The latest Stealth Pro II update is now live.

This release includes two updates that work together: new Stealth Pro II headset firmware and an updated Swarm II app. Make sure you've installed both to receive all of the enhancements below.

Latest Versions
• Stealth Pro II Firmware: 4.107.703.0
• Swarm II Desktop: 1.0.050
• Swarm II Mobile: 6.26.0.141

If you're not seeing the new features, double-check that both your headset firmware and Swarm II are updated to the versions above.

What's Included
• Mic monitoring (sidetone) now works while ANC is active
• Increased maximum mic monitoring (sidetone) volume
• Remappable Game/Chat Mix option in Swarm II for the Stealth Pro II PC version
• ANC tuning adjustments for improved performance
• Fix for occasional low volume levels on PlayStation consoles and PC
• Fix for potential CrossPlay audio loss when switching between transmitters

And one more reminder worth celebrating: LDAC (Hi-Res Bluetooth) support is now available on Stealth Pro II XBOX models.

Many of these improvements came directly from your feedback. From sidetone requests and volume reports to Game/Chat Mix discussions, your input helped shape this update.

We're not done yet. Game & Chat Mix support on PC for the XBOX version is still in development and will be included in a future update.

Please note: As part of this update, some users may need to recreate previously saved custom EQ presets.

Thank you for your passion, your feedback, and your patience. It genuinely helps us make Stealth Pro II even better.

Update - Stealth Pro II

Hello all,

Thank you for all the feedback on Stealth Pro II. We've been following the conversations closely and wanted to share a quick update.

Our team is currently working on the next maintenance release, which is expected to include:

  • Improved ANC performance and tuning
  • Sidetone support while ANC is active
  • Increased sidetone volume range
  • Remappable Game/Chat Mix option in Swarm II (PC version)
  • Fix for low volume levels on PlayStation + PC
  • LDAC Hi-Res Bluetooth audio support for the Xbox version

As with any firmware update, everything must go through development, testing, and validation before launch. While we aren't ready to lock in a specific date just yet, we're targeting a release window around mid-to-late July, pending final testing.

We're also actively working on additional features, including Game & Chat Mix support on PC for the Xbox version, but that feature requires more development time and will be a part of a future release.

We appreciate the passion, feedback, and patience. Your input is helping shape these updates, and we'll continue to share information as we get closer to release.

Thanks for being part of the Turtle Beach community.

Stealth Pro II Feedback thread

Hello everybody,

We wanted to share an update on several requested improvements and features that our teams are actively developing:

ANC – Improved Sub-Bass Performance
We’re refining the ANC filter to help minimize low-level audio artifacts that may occur from acoustic seal leakage for all models.

Sidetone + ANC Compatibility
Support is being added for using sidetone while ANC is enabled, allowing for a more seamless experience for all models.

Expanded Sidetone Volume Range
We’re increasing the maximum sidetone volume range to provide improved microphone monitoring flexibility for all models.

Remappable Game/Chat Mix Option
Game/Chat Mix will be added as a remappable function for the second encoder within Swarm II for the PC Model.

We are actively working on these, but the teams want to take additional time to evaluate feedback before providing an expected release date.

We will update this thread with further feedback from the community.

Thank you for all the information provided to us, and will keep monitoring it closely.

Have a great day.
