Can spells actually end the game?

So I casted Well of Misery during a game. While I lost it to the cataclysm, it said that if it goes on then all false gods will be sealed away in tarturus.

Is that just lore fluff or can I genuinely just auto win if it goes on line enough?

Does Rain count as a storm for the purposes of Storm Power?

I've been trying to do build pretender and who has storm power when browsing the wiki I saw that the only weather possible was "rain" and "snow", not storm. So, if I'm correct, the only 2 ways to get storms in battle is Storm and Perpetual Storm. It's both very narrow, and also something I wouldn't be surprised if Illwinter did.

A year ago (me 19M her 18F), my first girlfriend broke up with me. The tldr of the break up is that she wanted to be poly, I didn't. Now, she just sent me a friend request on discord and I don't know whether or not I want to hear her out.

I haven't dated since then, but frankly that's just because I've never really tried. Even before her, she was the one who asked me out. It was great, but honestly I just don't talk to girls very much because I have other things I like to do (I'm a DND, Warhammer, and MTG nerd, along with a bunch of videogames) that I just always had in higher priority.

It was good, but it was also 2 months, which isn't that long of a relationship. It hit me pretty hard both during the immediate aftermath, but I've mostly been over it. I think about her every week, and in my head we've gotten back together a few times, but honestly now that it's on the table (re-reading this I haven't even talked to her to see what she wants what the hell am I saying), I don't know what I want to do.

This girl was my first kiss and I really did love her a lot, and I think I still do in a lot of ways, but I don't know if I want to date her again.

Anyone got any advice? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it worth it to at least take to them or is it better to just leave it on read and ignore them?
