Suggestion to make a new flair "part-time medic" (or just allow custom flairs)

I know, it's a medic-MIAN sub, but let's be real, people come here for all type of content about medic. I suggest adding this flair because I'm sure I'm not the only one, who actually mains other class, but still likes to play med and this sub. Answering to question "who cares about a f*cking flair?", I think for most people (including me) "medic-main" is a holy title, and like... Eh.... Just add this flair pretty please. You got the point

Interaction between Medic and Demo is... Strange

This post is a 50/50 guide and thinking out loud for less experienced medics, but maybe even pros will find something new, since I will speak mostly from Demo's pov. Also, I need to mention that I'm talking only about a stock demo. I don't play other loadouts, and in general it's a completely different story. Also, all of these thoughts make sense only in casual. And I mean not real casual, but "theoretical casual", where everyone is competent and knows what to do.

You already know, how to play medic: heal good guys, so they can shoot bad guys, buff good guys, so they can play more aggressively, and use über to make them go nuts. In return you get protection, victory and respect (at least in theory). This formula works for everyone, even gun-spy and smg-sniper. However, demo is a different case.

Firstly, he is a bad bodyguard. A really bad bodyguard. If you and demo are alone, you should be worried. Demo is as bad in bodyguard's role as a pro sniper. Can save you a few times, but close range is still his weakness. A single competent scout destroys a demo with a med in 3 out of 5 cases.

Secondly, demo's efficiency hardly depends on his ammo. Unreloaded demo is worse, than an unreloaded soldier. In 90% of situations it's better for him to pull back a little to reload (which takes ages). I don't think I need to mention, how useless an unreloaded demo is during über.

Thirdly, über push with only demo is much more difficult. I know, that's a signal for demo to git gud, but there is a reason, why it is a problem for demomen. During normal gameplay people move very predictable, since they are also shooting and make decisions at the same time. They just can't concentrate on dodging. However, when a player sees an über push, he concentrates only on 1 aim - survive. When a competent player needs only to dodge a demo, it's actually really easy. Stickies can be outrun in close range, and pipes can be hit only by predicting. It means that moving randomly in close range (but not too close) in the rhythm of demo's shots can make you a really difficult target (That's why a rushing f2p pyro is demo's worst nightmare. They move unpredictable af. Even they don't know which will be their next move). That's why I always beg medics to share über. Even a f2p pyro can make über push much stronger. Stickies to zone enemies, so they can't pull back and a pyro that forces them to step on stickies or die by flamethrower. Best tactic ever. However, sometimes you don't have to share über, since you can just pray that other teammates will push with you (just don't forget that in casual it never happens). The only cases, when demo is ALWAYS effective during über push without any fire support is when enemies are in choke-point or his aim is to destroy engi-nests. Engi is a free strange farm, and pybros can be killed not that hard.

Fourthly, considering demo's crazy damage output, his need to make breaks for reloading and the fact that enemies move predictable, when they see no über, makes demo a great target for healing and buffing (I know, that sounds stupid, but I really can't explain, why my highest moments on demo were not during übers, but when I was just with a constant medi-gun in my ass. Even comp players that I asked, said that demo shines with constant healing). I would say demo relies on healing as much as heavy. The only difference is that demo is not that slow, so it means that he can play more aggressively, and he can dodge, so despite that arrowtanking him is harder, he doesn't need it because he avoids damage in the first place (but that also means, you can't hide behind him).

What did I try to say in this post? "Sorry for bad protection", "sorry for bad übers" and "please, buff". I just tried to use logic to say "However, that's 100% not my fault". And of course, danke, medics. You make games unforgettable. Just, don't rely on randoms in casual. Even top-scorers both in damage and kills fuck up übers very often. Also, a friendly reminder: sticky's explosion push you even, when you are übered, and it's incredibly funny to ruin enemy's über pushes by that

So, I played The Watcher in realize state, when there was almost nothing, even lore, and bugs were brutal, but I played through the whole campaign. I got only the easiest ending, but then I saw videos about the second ending. In the end I had an impression, the same that Htwo said in "Everything wrong with Rain world: The Watcher". Like, I really didn't like it in waaaay too many aspects: focus on the religion part of the world; really bad texts, which is very hard to understand even in English and translation to Russian made it even worse; gameplay, based on pure walking and platforming; ecosystem, which had no sense; AETHER RIDGE; the fact that this dlc feels just like tonns of mods together; a lot of small locations, most of which were "Why does it exist?"; new creatures were cool, but I still rate them 0 out of 10 because of barnacles (I heard they were nerfed, but I experienced only pre-nerfed ones) and the stupidness of Blizzard lizard (like, a giant Lazer and a magic aura? Really?); the fact that in Vanilla you played as a random life form, in Downpour it was a bit goofier because of superpowers, but ok, but here you are the one, who changes the whole world, which is way too much for a game about surviving in an ecosystem as a random rat. However, since then, there was a 1.5 update and millions of small patches. I tried to play it, but I just can't even leave vanilla regions. All memories of bad experience didn't let me continue to play. I just remembered that I won't have fun. It's some kind of PTSD. I was afraid that all changes could do something with some of the bad parts, but they didn't change the core aspects of the dlc that I didn't like.

So the question is is there anything that you can tell me about The Watcher that will make me play it? I really want to enjoy the same way I did enjoy vanilla Rain world in my first playthrough. I know, the experience of the first playthrough is mostly ruined already, but still.

I should also mention that I'm not a lore guy. I didn't read any pearls and I only watched 1 or 2 videos about the void, lifecycle and stuff. I still didn't fully get Buddhism. Do I need to watch these 5-hour long videos with explanations of lore?
