lately i have been noticing the lines around my eyes a little more and my skin doesn't seem as smooth as it used to and thats enough that i finally started paying attention to it. i never had much of a skincare routine beyond a basic moisturizer so i dont really know where the point of diminishing returns is between drugstore stuff and high end products.

if you had that same moment where you realized your old routine wasn't enough anymore, what changed your skin over the next few months? im interested in experiences that held up over time not something that just looked good for a day.

i've been casually enjoying cigars for a while, but lately i've been wanting to branch out and try some options that people consider must-try smokes. the problem is that every time i search for recommendations, i end up with a huge list and no idea where to start. so far i've mostly stuck to whatever was available at my local shop, and i've found a few i liked, but i feel like i'm probably missing out on a lot of great cigars that experienced smokers would recommend.

Tenemos un sistema de tickets. Los usuarios saben que deberían buscar antes de crear uno, pero nada que hacer. Esta mañana alguien abrió un ticket porque la impresora de contabilidad no funcionaba. Diez minutos después, otra persona de contabilidad reportó exactamente el mismo problema. Luego un gerente reenvió una cadena de correos preguntando "¿alguien está viendo esto?" y eso se convirtió en el ticket número tres. Mismo problema. Misma impresora. Tres hilos de conversación completamente separados.

Así que ahora estoy copiando y pegando la misma respuesta en los tres, fusionándolos manualmente, y rezando para que nadie responda a los tickets cerrados en vez del original. ¿Qué hacen ustedes para evitar esto? He probado automatizaciones que buscan palabras clave, pero los usuarios se expresan de manera muy distinta. "Impresora sin conexión", "no puedo imprimir" y "la impresora hace ruido y tampoco funciona" terminan tratándose como tickets únicos. ¿Hay alguna forma más inteligente o simplemente asumo que los tickets duplicados son parte del pega?
