Any tips on developing Scala 50 with Rodinal?

I bought some Adox Scala 50 on a whim (it was dirt cheap) but I'm having trouble finding info about development as a negative.

First off, what little I found told me that Rodinal wasn't the best developer for the job, but I'm definitely not buying a whole new developer just for these 3 rolls, so I'll make do.

Massive Dev chart gives very weird info: it only gives times for 1+25 (i usually go for 1+50) and for 22 degrees celsius instead of the usual 20 (not really an issue, just super weird), on top of this, Scala is supposed to be the same as Adox HR 50, but the times are different.

Can anyone give me some more solid info in regards to the time, temperature and best agitation method (apparently it's best to semi-stand develop it)? I'm kinda lost

Can anyone help me identify these streaks on my first self developed roll?

I just developed my first roll of film (fomapan 400), it's currently drying up and I noticed that when I shine a light on it (it's completely invisible otherwise) I see these streaks all throughout the roll, which is otherwise completely fine, no artefacts where the streaks are, just nothing.

I've had issues loading the film into the tank (it kinda got bent out of shape, some of the sprocket holes are bent) but not enough to influence the development, which seems to be fairly even throughout.

What I suspect is that it might be mineral deposit since I used tap water for the washing phase. I knew my tap water was very hard but I had hoped that only using it for the washing and using a wetting agent would prevent stuff like this from happening.

Do y'all have any idea what it might be and how (and if) I can fix it?
