In the Breaking Bad episode "Better Call Saul" (Season 2, Episode 8), a panicked Saul Goodman asks if Walt and Jesse were sent by "Lalo" or "Ignacio" (Nacho). He says, "It wasn't me, it was Ignacio! He's the one!" before asking, "Lalo didn't send you?"
If Saul knew both Nacho and Lalo were dead, why did he bring them up?
I've been on 75mg of Sertraline (Zoloft) for depression and anxiety for almost 3 months. I had an appointment on Friday to ask for a higher dosage since the 75mg is doing nothing for me. I had already discussed this with my psychologist and she told me she would review everything at the 90 day mark and raise the dosage if necessary.
When I went in on Friday I found out my regular doctor is no longer there, and I was assigned a new psychologist, an older, grumpy gentleman who made me fill out a new questionnaire and from that two-page piece of paper determined that I should start tapering down from Zoloft and be completely off in about six weeks.
He didn't ask me much of anything. He asked me twice if I was suicidal and when I replied "not today", he said, "well you're getting better then". He also spent over 10 minutes on the phone with his wife talking about a contractor, which I felt was highly unprofessional.
I left his office very confused and feeling cheated. I felt ambushed in a weird way. Later that day I found out he's the only VA psychologist in a 150+ mile radius, so I guess I'm stuck with him, but I don't feel like seeing him again. This guy gave me bad vibes. Like he simply did not care.
Any advice for dealing with this? Should I ask for a community therapist instead? Other than this appointment, my VA Healthcare has been outstanding.
