I used to remember when people on here were posting their funny deaths, especially to leapers. Finding secrets on the maps and sharing guides on how to find different stuff and every key room.

Now it’s just:

“I’m quitting this game.”

“Dupers in every lobby.”

“Devs are on vacation, so that’s why nothing is working.”

“Gimmie Arc only mode.”

“Game is dead, gg.”

I am sorry to say but I think you just passed the honeymoon phase is all. There are valid critique to this game, a lot of valid critique actually but not much of this helps.

Dupers are def a problem but I also believe it may be a bit overexaggerated? I don’t know much about this but I know some people yell ‘CHEATER!’ Whenever they see a Bobcat IV.

Well first of all, the game isn’t dead. It still has 50k players per day and I believe is in the top 35 on Steam, which is still really good.

An Arc only mode would kill this game. It would remove the tense situation of having to trust other players. The interaction with others are what makes this game so much greater. Whenever I see another player, I get tense and feel a rush as I don’t know how to react, every situation is different. Hell, Arc Raiders was originally a PvE game but Embark realised that the game would be too boring to keep players for more than a dozen games.

We had it too good at the start and the devs need a well deserved break. I might be delusional but I have placed my full trust blindly into their hands after having 500+ hours on The Finals and about to have 300 on here. I truly do believe they will fix these issues as I truly believe they make games for the passion. It’s not many games you can feel it in anymore but you can in this. You can feel the love and passion they poured into this game.
